We purchase all of our lettuce through River Valley Farms, a DFW local, family-owned and operated farm. All of the lettuce is hydroponically grown and pesticide-free, and is harvested fresh. We're talking real fresh-- no more than 48 hours before it hits your table. And it's a freshness you can taste.
