Can I take a venue tour?
Of course! Contact our Event Coordinator to set up a time.
How soon should I book my holiday event?
To ensure getting your first choice of date/ time/ and event space, we encourage you to book as soon as possible. We'll be honest-- the holidays are more than a little busy in the Christmas Capital of Texas!
Are there certain vendors you recommend?
We do have a Preferred Vendor List, but you are welcome to bring in any vendors. Our Event Coordinator can pass along our Preferred Vendor List and can talk you through our policies and procedures regarding outside vendors.
Can I bring in my own food and beverages?
While we do allow you to bring in your own dessert, we are a fully operational restaurant, and do require all food and beverages to be purchased through us.
Do you cater?
Yes, we do! If you are located in the greater- Grapevine area, we can cater your next event.
We have delivery, pick up, equipment rental, and staffing options available for your off-site event. Contact our Event Coordinator for more information.

Can I bring in my own centerpieces and decor?
Of course! While we do have a few policies to abide by, you are more than welcome to bring in your own centerpieces and decorations.
Working with a florist, photographer, or other vendors? Be sure to pass along their information to our Event Coordinator, and we can help facilitate deliveries or arrivals to our venue.
Is the patio heated?
We have a really phenomenal fireplace on the back patio as well as heaters to help keep the space enjoyable during the winter. During the summer, we enjoy natural heating (and do all we can to try and cool off the patio!)
